DESCRIPTION:1 LU Pending\nArrive at 5:15PM for food and drinks.\nA brief speech by the Clear Architecture leadership team will begin at 5:45PM.\nEmerging Professionals are invited to AIASB’s Emerging Professional mixer hosted by Clear Architecture.\nThis event is open to Emerging Professionals in the building and design community in Santa Barbara\, as well as AIA Associate and Architect members and their guests. \nDesign crawl events are generously hosted by local design firms to support our emerging professional community. The events provide an opportunity for emerging professionals to meet fellow design colleagues and learn about the variety of firms working in the region.\nClear Architecture is a lively and dynamic architecture office located five blocks from the beach in beautiful downtown Santa Barbara\, California. Our current focus is on high-end residential projects in Santa Barbara\, Montecito\, Malibu\, and Beverly Hills\, with an eye toward future development\, hospitality\, and commercial projects throughout the United States. We strive to make the experience of design and construction as simple and enjoyable as possible for our clients. Toward that end\, we are uniquely partnered with Clear Construction and Clear Millwork\, ensuring a smooth and integrated design-build process from initial sketches all the way to final completion. \nThe American Institute of Architects (AIA) defines emerging professionals (EPs) as students\, recent graduates\, and young architects who are licensed 10 years or less. This includes architecture students enrolled in NAAB-accredited programs\, such as four-year B.S. degree programs\, five-year B.Arch degree programs\, and 2-3 year M.Arch degree programs. EPs can also be Associate AIA members \nParking:\nStreet parking on Garden Street and on adjacent streets.\nSee attached map for office location overlayed over SB’s parking map.
