The Board of Directors shall consist of the following:
- 23 Directors maximum, 7 Directors minimum (including Officers & Past Presidents)
- 5 Officers (President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Emerging Professionals Chair)
- 2 Past Presidents
- Up to 4 Allied or Affiliate Members
Directors and Officers of the Board serve year-long terms, and many serve multiple terms. Officers of the Board (Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, President) typically begin their service first as Secretary and each term(year) transition to Treasurer, VP and finally President.
The new Board is voted in by the membership during the Gala held in December. Both Directors and Officers begin their term with the first meeting of the year in January.
