Tipton Meeting House, UCSB
The program includes a large meeting room, offices, a kitchen and lounge and has achieved LEED Platinum certification with net-zero energy use.
Sustainable features include passive solar heating, a high efficiency ground-source space conditioning system, rainwater harvesting and SFC-certified wood products throughout.

El Toro Sustainable Historic Residential Renovation
The remodel project touched every inch ofthe home, which had never experienced a significant remodel. Installing energy and water efficient electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems was a high priority, as was improving the performance of the exterior shell. In addition, upgrades were required to meet current seismic code. All this was done while maintaining the home’s original footprint and its architectural integrity.
