Ooley, FAIA, celebrated Santa Barbara County Architect (ret.) and architectural historian, the symposium brings together a distinguished panel of experts to discuss the earthquake’s immediate devastation and the visionary rebuilding that followed. Neal Graffy will recount the day the city shook and the profound social and infrastructural impacts that ensued.
