The Mexican Patio House and Missing Middle Housing in Santa Barbara”
Talk & Discussion with Tony Perez

We are delighted to invite you to the seventh session of our “Global Design Series”, a continuous series of inspiring discussions.

About the Event

Tony Perez, Senior Associate, from Opticos Design will present best practices for Missing Middle Housing and how these housing choices have been made more available in Santa Barbara through Objective Design Standards that Opticos prepared and were adopted last year. Tony will also share some of the research he’s prepared on the Mexican Patio House typology for a book he’s been writing for too long.
