Position: Project Architect
Location: Santa Barbara, CA

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field
-8+ years of experience in the field of architecture
-Professional licensure is strongly preferred but not required
-Revit modeling literacy required
-Strong understanding of the principles and practices of architecture
-Comprehensive understanding of and experience with California state building codes and
standards, technical detailing, and construction methods
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Must enjoy working in a highly collaborative studio environment
Responsibilities
-Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions
-Mentor and direct a young and enthusiastic staff and maintain a hands-on approach to creating
project documents
-Plan, develop, manage, and execute a variety of projects
