Revised Information for Special City Council Meeting – April 30th

The Agenda for the April 30, 2018 Special City Council Meeting has been posted and is available here. A special meeting of the City Council to take place at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 30, 2018, for the purpose of conducting a site visit to the property listed below.
The site visit purpose is to:
1. Observe butterfly habitat conditions at the Ellwood North Butterfly Habitat Aggregation Site (see map attached to agenda).
2. Observe tree removals and trail closures consistent with the California Coastal Commission-issued emergency permit, dated September 26, 2017.
3. Observe tree conditions along the SCE access road on Ellwood Mesa paralleling residences on Pebble Beach Drive.
No decisions will be made and no action will be taken. 
Ellwood Mesa -Sperling Preserve Parking Lot across Hollister from Ellwood Elementary School: 7686 Hollister Avenue. Goleta, CA , 93117. Note: If you plan to attend, please wear comfortable shoes, sunscreen, bring water and a hat.
