About the Women in Architecture Conversation Series
Through this group of AIA women, we work to establish a collaborative group initiative where women architects can gather to foster relationships with other females in the design industry. Together we will establish a network of peers where career building and job enhancement will be supported as we increase the visibility of women in the field of architecture.
As AIA Santa Barbara women, we are a diverse group of women architects and allied members ranging from successful and experienced women business owners to recent graduates, licensed architects to those studying for their first ARE. We are aiming to make a considerable and positive difference in the community as well as motivate women in architecture through our diverse backgrounds and experiences.
On the first Tuesday of every month, we hold Women in Architecture Conversation Series at a local venue at 5.15 pm. At these gatherings, we socialize and network, share work challenges and stay current with what is going on at AIA Santa Barbara.
