On behalf of the American Institute of Architects Santa Barbara Keith Rivera, AIA, President requests the pleasure of your company as we honor our members, our constituents and celebrate our community’s architectural heritage through the presentation of Design Awards.
We have submissions from licensed architects in the Santa Barbara area, as well as architects outside Santa Barbara for projects within SB County. This year’s Categories are: Commercial, New Single Family Residential, Multi-Family Residential, Historic Preservation /Renovation, Santa Barbara Architectural Heritage, Small Projects: Single Family Residential Additions / Remodels / ADU’s and Interior Architecture + Design.

Also awarded at the Gala will be the Lutah Maria Riggs Award, this year being given to a member of the community for outstanding public service in response to the Montecito debris flow disaster. The award will be presented by the American Riviera Bank. And for the first time, we will be offering a Student Design Award!
